You can do this yourself without an Attorney!
Make sure the Grantor and Grantee both sign. Have2 witness that are not related to either of you and have them sign as witness, also get the drivers license # and state written in under each name of witness and of person who is Quit claiming property . Very Important , have this notorized! This is an easy thing to do yourself and no need for an Attorney , as long as there are not special clauses etc. . Also Very important to have address and land description of property on the Quit Claim Deed. An Attorney is very important if you are unsure about any Leins or Judgements. Then again.. you can go to your superior court clerk office and look up all this information for free with there help. Best of Luck
