Michigan.. My mom and dad used a quitclaim deed to give us
four children their house. She died recently, and my dad is sounding
like he wants to re-marry. If he does and then dies himself, would
his new wife be able to overturn the quitclaim deed and take the house
that my mom wanted to go to her children??

Her and my dad were married and living together at the time of her
death. She died in March 2001.
