What is the name of your state?What is the name of your state? CA.
I am married, buying a house, loan is in my name, escrow wants a quit claim deed signed by my husband to take him off title and then have me sign a quit calim deed to put him back on title and deed. Is the the way most deals are arranged where the loan is only in one person's name? My husband is very uncomfortable about the whole situation.
