What is the name of your state? florida

property is being transfered to satisfy a divorce decree

currently it is titled in the names of both the husband and wife and will be transfering to the husband---------when filling out the quitclaim deed, and they are asking for the first party should both be listed there as that is currently how the deed reads or should it just be the wife's name

also as this is a non-cash situation, what should be put down where they are looking for a dollar amount?

thank you
