What is the name of your state? Californi

When I was young and foolish, I signed a quitclaim deed of a house that I used my money to acquire over to my boyfriend when we broke up. The original deed was in his and my name as joint tenants in common (I believe). After getting over the trauma of the relationship breakup and maturing and learning the value of what I had done, I have always regretted that move. I obviously did not have a lawyer at the time, so was acting out of ignorance. This was in 1989 and he has since remarried and transferred the house to he and his new wife.

Is there any chance that I can revoke that quitclaim now?

No, but are you seeing anyone now? You seem like a pretty generous girlfriend.

Sorry, that was really mean and unfair. We all make mistakes when we're young. Unfortunately for you, this one is irreversible.
