What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? PA

A week after NCP is served child support modification date, she claims she quit her job(gee what a coincidence.)
Conference will be about a week shy of 3 months after I filed.
And lets say she gets a job making less then previous employeer. Can the arrearage at least be calculated from her previously higher paying job?

Any arrearage will be calculated by whatever the previous order was. Unless you are referring to the new modified amount and you are asking that it be retro back to filing. In which case you can ask that it be based on previous income.

If her quitting was voluntary and she gets a job making less, you can ask that the modification be based on her previous income.
