I have a quote made on May 18th/04 by a company servicing my equipment. Two days later both the owner of the company and myself (owner of my company) signed and dated an equipment maintenance agreement for 1/10 of the price initially quoted. The owner of the company I am leasing from says I have to pay him back almost $3,000. from May 18th/04 until August 31/05 because HE made a mistake in billing. Is this legal? Do I have to pay the amount that HE made a mistake on?
If we signed an agreement, I assumed that agreement was signed for that agreement price - not the quoted price from two days before.
