I am in the us with a R1 visa as minister for a church. At the same time my interests go towards buying real estate, as investment.
The problem though is that all income should be related to R1 visa.
My question is:
Is there a legal construction to get around this while working on getting a greencard for example?
Is it possible to buy investment property with an american friend of mine as say in the form of a partnership, like land trust partnership, or something else?
Any advice appreciated
