What is the name of your state? Michigan
A relative is making false accusations about me to people in town and to the Bankruptcy Court, which I have filed in. I have a copy of a letter sent to the court making these accusations and I want to know if I can sue for slander, defamation,libal. I have had it with all the false statements and want to set the record straight. Can I also sue the attorney that supposedly gave the incorrect information to the rabid one? I hope I can take care of this matter soon.

Hey hotmamma4 I just made a similar post to this one up above on this thread. I thought *I* was the only one with "rabid relatives" around here

You way want to consider disownment like I was forced to do. Sometimes relatives can be a bitch and the best thing, well the ONLY thing to do is to get rid of them like I did.
