ima white make working with 2 hispanic makes..i feel I've been discriminated against by one of them. Calling me weto n gringo everyday and I've asked them to stop. Over n over again he calls me that I tell him to stop n he won't. He speaks perfect english but still proceeds to call me those names. I've gone to my supervisor on many occatioms n which nothing was done to stop it.
N once he found out I was let tying them know he threatened with bodily harm and I let hr know and I got written up in retaliation for complaing. And yes my boss is also hispanic. My health was in danger because every time an incident happened

I got really anxious and my blood pressure would rise.
And yes he would call me those names as well but the hispanic slang was the worst n I couldnt take it anymore

I tried to make a complaint at the police ofice but was told there wasnt anything to report since they were just threats n no action

You can file for unemployment insurance and move on to the next job. There is no protected category under EEOC for being called names by a co-worker. If you want to, you can file an EEOC grievance, but this will take a really long time, and they will determine if you have a right to sue or not, and then you'll have to find someone to take your case and sue them.

But it isn't really a good possibility that you'll be found to have a discrimination case given what you've told us here. And it doesn't sound really positive that you'll get approved for unemployment insurance.

Having stress that causes your blood pressure to go up when you have a work conflict does not make a good job related reason to quit in most cases. You'll be asked what you did to try to resolve the situation before quitting. How did you 'quit with a constructive discharge'? Did they say you had to quit or be discharged? If so, the best thing would have been to stay around and force them to fire you, see if they could come up with a good misconduct reason, but since you didn't, go on and file for unemployment anyhow and see how that pans out.
