Racist Juror?

A family member recently had a trial against a major trucking Company. We suspect that one of the jurors was either corrupted by the trucking company or its insurance company, as the trial was interrupted for five days due to bad weather and these people had plenty of time to get to him or that this juror was majorly biased aginst hispanics: he had the appearnce of a Hitler Youth Member. The bottom line is the juror screammed and threatened other jurors in seclusion that did not agree with his verdict. The juror's scream were so loud that they were heard outside the courtroom by everyone present. In the end, we found out, that this juror was throwing stuff aginst walls and exhibiting violent behavior in trying to get everyone to agree with him. In the end, mostly out of intimidation the other jurors went along with him. What can I do to start an investigation? How can I investigate if indeed this guy was paid off by the insurance company or whether he was just plain ignorant and violent? Please help!!!!

Sounds like sour grapes because the verdict went against the family member.

A court is going to replace a juror who behaves in the manner claimed. Period.

And I'm extremely suspicious of a situation where someone writes as if they interviewed all of the jurors, who conveniently admitted to that person, who just happened to be related to the person on trial, that they "threw" the verdict because they were intimidated by a single juror.

I can't believe any of you could be so naive. For your information, the court noted the behavior of the juror and an investigation is now in place; the foreman admitted the juror in question was making racial statements and threatening the two african american members of the jury, who did not agree with him. He even threw a stack of papers in the face of a 72 year old man! Does that seem okay to anyone out there? yes, we were lucky enough to be able to talk to some of these jurors and it's not looking good for Mr. Hitler Youth or the insurance company, who get this, might have paid him to corrupt the other members of the jury. Oh, don't pretend it doesn't happen...

Is a term used to describe a tatoo-covered, young, angry RACIST, who happens to read and study Hitler and are usually a member of the Arian Nation (a modern day KKK Klan). Who are you people? Pick up a newspaper lately? Or are you just the kind who prefers not to bother their pretty little head with ugly realities! You have the nerve to call me ignorant! Ha! I have a Master's from UC Berkeley and much more life experience than half you goons: get a life!!!! I see that racism is well and alive even in this forum!

The answer is you need to appeal the case.
