Raise in rent

I rent a lot but own the trailer. The landlord writes me and says he will raise the rent from $50 to $150 in Jan. We do not have a lease but a verbal agreement. Can he do that? And how much can he lawfully raise the rent? I live in Kentucky.

Yes. If your district has no rent control then L can raise the rent another $10,000.
