MY rent went up 55.00 last year
and now it is going up again
15.00. Is there a law too how
much they can raise your rent and
also i will be paying 615.00 a
month and new tentants will only
be paying 600.00 a month. Is that fair?

You should ask a real estate agent in your area if your state or county has rent control laws. If it doesn't then your landlord has the right to raise the rent as he/she has. Second question, it may not be fair but it is likely legal.
