MY rent went up 55.00 last year
and now it is going up again
15.00. Is there a law too how
much they can raise your rent and
also i will be paying 615.00 a
month and new tentants will only
be paying 600.00 a month. Is that
fair?

Unless there is a rent control law, the landlord can raise the rent on new leases or renewals as it wishes. Just like the supermarket can raise . It does not have to charge everyone the same either.
