They can drug test. The only defenses are 1) inaccurate test - give me a retest, and 2) they're prescription drugs - see? here are the prescription bottles. :: 7 of 9 voice:: Involuntary extension is irrelevant.

This is not legal advice and you are not my client. Double check everything with your own attorney and your state's laws.

THE INFORMATION GIVEN BY TRACY IS INCORRECT ON IT'S FACE. BEING A FORMER SACO, SUBSTANCE ABUSE CONTROL OFFICER. TWO WAYS THAT THE MILITARY CAN DRUG TEST AND MAKE IT STICK, ANOTHER WORDS IT COULD EFFECT YOUR DISCHARGE. RANDOM DRUG TESTING IS THE ONE TO FEAR THE MOST, AND BEING INVOLUNTARY EXTENDED IS HIGHLY RELEVANT. COMMANDING OFFICER MUST INSURE THAT RANDOM TESTING IS JUST THAT, RANDOM. IF YOU CAN'T WORK THEN WHAT IS YOUR STATUS WITH YOUR UNIT, ANOTHER WORDS WHO IS YOUR CO. ONLY HE CAN AUTHORIZE DRUG TESTING RANDOM OR THE NEXT AND ONLY OTHER TYPE COMMAND DIRECTED. COMMAND DIRECTED DRUG TESTING CARRIERS WITH IT CERTAIN COMMAND REQUIREMENTS. THE MOST IMPORTANT, EVIDANCE THAT YOUR HAVE BEEN TAKING ILLEGAL DRUGS, NOT PERSCRIPTION DRUGS IN YOUR NAME, BUT ILLEGAL DRUGS FOR ANYONE TO POSSES OR TAKE. MILITARY DRUG PROGRAM IS DESIGNED NOT TO LOOK IN YOUR BEDROOM. THE REQUIREMENT FOR A POSITIVE TEST IS SO HIGH, THAT ONLY EVERYDAY ABUSE CAN BE CAUGHT. IT'S RARE THAT A NON-HA*****UAL USER IS DISCOVERED. GIVE ME MORE SPECIFIC INFORMATION AND I CAN TELL YOU HOW TO PROCEED.
