i am a disabled veteran still on active duty who is pending medical discharge. The condition I have is pretty serious; i cannot work. could they drug test me during a physical and if so what defenses/rights do i have? my initial contract has been served-I was involuntarily extended. Thank you

They can drug test. The only defenses are 1) inaccurate test - give me a retest, and 2) they're prescription drugs - see? here are the prescription bottles. :: 7 of 9 voice:: Involuntary extension is irrelevant.
