well the adjuster was here and left a pile of claim forms and today i received a consent form for investigation cause of fire of which i signed and faxed back i have nothing to hide and our local fire cheif said cause unknown, the fire was so hot that it melted siding on my house 130 feet away. my question is is this something that is usual or is it a way for the ins co to delay the claim and drag there feet on this the total claim will be for appox 60,000.00 of which im sure they will depreciate the heck out of.
Thanks jack
