re:child support

real short and to the point. ex-wife was ordered a year ago to pay 35$ weekly for her daughter to my husband(her ex-hus)however she is so far behind now I cant even keep up with it.We struggle ourselves with 2 children and dont have the money to pay our attorney again to take her to court for contempt. She used to get her daughter on every other weekends here lately shes not even been doing that. What can we do? We have tried child support recovery here but they want $35 just to file the case and try to get wage garnishment. However she doesnt have to pay the $35 back either Does that make sense? please help.I am so tired of trying to understand her sobing stories. She works for her mom and they hardly ever work. But she can ride around in a new car with a cell phone? Anyway this could go on forever..But does anyone out there have any suggestions?(dont get me wrong our children are well taken care of) It is just the fact she wants to be mom (after 4 years of abandonment) but she cant help us..
