Re: Contesting a sale.

What is the name of your state? AZ

I have a question re: how long of a window is there to file a response to contest the sale of a house? 30 Days, 60 days or is it not even that long.

What's the scenario? The sale of a family home, home in disrepair? Is it being sold to repay debts? Foreclosure?

And what type of window are we talking about; single-hung, double hung, sliding, casement, louvered, fixed.........?

It is being sold for foreclosure. And the attorneys here, did not tell me of an option about responding to the sale. I found out from the judge in court the other day. Now it has been 2 months to the day from the sale of the house.

Writer, you did not provide the info that I was seeking in your initial thread and have now made a new thread.
Are you talking about a right of redemption on foreclosed property?
