i live in west palm beach florida.my tenants lease was gettin ready to expire & i have had nothin but problems with thier vicous ,&damaging dogs .tenant repaired damage but nieghbors are very upset that their children cannot even go in thier own yard without dogs charging at fence.i& my family for that matter cannot go in my own back yard.i told tenant dogs must go for 6 months or more now.tenant said they would get rid of dogs but month after month i was fed one excuse after another. they also never paid up thier security deposit , i have oly recieved about 1/3 of it last payment onsecurity april 2000 . when lease was due to expire i gave more than a 30 day notice & then a 3 day notice ,tenant didnot leave . i filed with court & we are due to go 3/15/01
for mediation is there anything i must bring (besides lease & notices to quit that i gave them.or that i must do ,file ,write up etc
thank u [email protected]

Your most critical document is your accounting schedule indicating security deposit and rent due and security deposit and rent paid.
My opinion is that there is nothing to mediate.
You want them out and that is it.
