What is the name of your state? CA

1. I need some help in a case that is a year and half old. I would like to set aside the default judgment that was entered on or about October 2004. Would I be able to set aside the default?

2. Once i filed with the court to vacate the default judgment how would i serve the opposing party by mail or by personal service?

b. What was the date of the judgment?

c. From the date of the judgment, why has it taken you so long to attempt to do anything about it?

d. What are your grounds to have the Default "Set Aside"?

I don't know where you got that idea, but no, it's not over. Mary knows what to do. She's the one who banned me, and keeps banning me, because she has tender skin.
