What is the name of your state? FL I was convicted of a 3rd degree felony for white color crime and placed on 2 years probation and restitution. I got job offer overseas and left before i could see PO. Will i be stopped or flagged at international airport when i return to the USA? dont know if arrest warrant is out or if they bothered issuing one. Thanks for any reply as long as its honest.

I would say there is a good chance. I have heard of CA parole violators getting nabbed flying into the east coast from abroad, for example.

And guess what other great news you get??? Remember that original prison term that was probated to X years? The one you didn't complete. Yep, you now get the FULL term in prison.
Welcome home.

re-entry question

Thank you for the reply to my original question about re-entering the US after violating probation. I paid my restitution but the 15 year jail term for welfare fraud seems a bit excessive. Maybe i am wrong..but I always seem to read about murderers doing less time. I guess i have no choice but to stay away. Thanks for your advice... :(

That is because she is an IDIOT and has lost her TRIPLICATE threads. Someone obviously cut the string while she was out a-wandering!! :D
