What is the name of your state? FL I had to leave the US while on probation due to new job. Now there is a warrant issued for probation violation. Will that warrant show up at immigration desk when i return to US? Thanks for any replies EJ

Return through Mexico. Mexicans don't use immigration desks.

It may possibly show up; I have noticed a lot of folks being "detained" at airports lately and I have always suspected that the databases for undesirables is growing daily.

My response:

Wings, you're not going to reenter. It's over for you. State, as well as Federal violations appear on the computers. You're stuck.

This is our way of saying, "Criminals are not welcome back." And, why would we?

pompous ass

the reason i left the country was due to people in the legal profession who decide to put innocent people through the system to ruin their lives. This is the deal state prosecuter gives you: do 21 days in jail...then if you want court to prove you are innocent...stay in jail another 2-3 months for a court date. No thank you!!!! I prefer being called a criminal and leave the ****ing country.

My response:

Good for you! Good decision. One less criminal foreigner taking up space.

Don't blame me, or the U.S., generally, if you can't be a good person. We don't want friggin criminals in this country. Commit your crimes in your own damn third world nation. You really are a piece of crap if you think we owe you re-entry. I'm so glad you're stuck.

Yeah...I'v heard of that! Lawyers pulling innocent people off the streets to ruin their lives!! Just awful! :p

So if you "prefer being called a criminal and leave the ****ing country" Why are you here asking how to get back in?? Just stay where you are!
