Hi again,
Need your help once again. Child support is taken out automatically and have been receiving it. I need to know about court ordered spousal support. 3 months behind.would contempt of order still apply, if so how would a weekend trip to slammer effect his probation in another city for hitting me, has to take anger mangement as well-good behavoir for a year=conviction erased? Please help again, court tomorrow and have to tell judge about updates,etc.

You didn't tell me he was already a criminal, in your other posts. Is there anything else you need to tell me ?

With this as a violation of probation (see my answer to you in your other post), he'll probably be spending much more time in jail.
