hello, i need help. i just got divorced and i have 2 questions. i live in new york and my ex and i have joint custody of our son with primary physical custody awarded to me. my job is relocating to north carolina. what are my ex's rights. can he stop me from going? also, do i have to change my last name? i'd rather keep the same name as my son.
