I sold a condo last march. Now the buyer wants me to pay him for property taxes that were increased from the estimate during closing. The closing document has a note on the form that says re-proration of property taxes will be handled by the buyer and seller. No agreement to do this was signed at closing. My question is -- am I required to pay additional taxes?

**A: yes, since this issue was not settled on the contract and at closing.
Where is your Realtor and why did he/she not advise you accordingly.
