I bought a 1995 Acura from a private party last week in Arizona. I paid off asking price through a credit union loan. When I decided to buy it the seller told me that she had hit a curb and that the car needed an alignmment because it pulled to the left. The alignment shop sent me to a frame shop when the specs were too far off for them to fix. The frame shop quoted a $1,500 estimate for thew front suspension. The mechanic said that the owner had to have known about the damage, because a hole was made in the frame to try and align the damaged suspension. What is my recourse
to the seller with this car?
