I mailed a copy of the letter that my husband signed concerning him owing me for certain bills to my lawyer. Should I ask my lawyer about a temp order when we go to court for child support on March 5. Also, what is best, waive seperation agreement and hope he and his girlfriend admit to adultery and be stuck with the bills or try to get him to sign a seperation agreement and make him responsible.
any other suggestions would be appreciated.

If I were you I would go for the separation agreement so that it's a binding document that he pays those bills he left you. In most agreements you can later file for divorce with them because you have settled all of the issues before hand. If you wait until the divorce trail you will run up lawyer fees fighting.
