Hello,

I have a problem.. OUr tenant has been on vacation for five months and has not made one payment since then. How can I go about putting his things in storage. I need to work on his apartment and re-rent it to someone new. Is this possible?

Please Advise.

Get an eviction order for non-payment and the sherriff will move the stuff out. What took you so long?
