What is the name of your state?FL

I just received a reaffirmation agreement from my mortgage holder and I know that Florida does not require me to sign one. I have never even been late in any payments for ten years and have no intentions of not making payments.

I have seen lots of posts that say don't sign and I have no intention to because I am about a week from discharge.

My question is is their a pro for the debtor to sign one?

Thanks in advance for your advice.
