signed a contract last april 2001 to purchase home in maryland. home was to be delivered march 2002. contract states delivery within 365 days within ratified contract. developer is pushing out to november 2002. this was not disclosed until late august and we had already sold our rental property and primary residence. we have requested some additional compensation, which the builder has denied. do we have any recourse since they can't deliver within 365 days?

I don't know since I do not have the paperwork to review. Hire an attorney to advise you as to your rights under the contract.
