Is the house currently rented? Maybe the renter can be convinced that this is the oportunity of a life time and you can convince them to buy the house and assume your loan. You may want to try to refinance the home, starting fresh with a new loan, wich would buy you some time. You can then sell the home and break even financially or even make a few bucks. Do you have equity in the house? Depending on your situation, but it sounds like you need some way to stop the current process, sell the home and save your credit. Good luck.
