How can I find a list of states that recognize ground rent as an irs tax deduction, on a lease to own property?

This is not a State specific issue but rather an IRS issue concerning Federal taxes. Your post is too general. Post on the Tax Law board and include specifcs such as if you are the tenant, is the property residential or commercial, what your use is ie. business or residential, the reason for your question etc.?
