MA AnnieKoz How long does a lawyer have after closing to pay off agreed debt? $50,000 was to be paid out on 5-7,closing was 5-1,$$ still not paid out so now getting calls & charges from creditors.

I always specify funding the day of recordation or the next day. Now ask for immediate payout and interest.
