What is the name of your state? washington

i agreed to sell my property to company(A) i filled out the purchase and sale agreement initialed and signed it.however the agreement was pending that i get a court order to force my ex wife to comply with the divorce decree to sell the home.immediatley following my signing
these papers with company (a) i learned that my ex wife had sold her half of the home to company (B).after a few thousand dollars on attorneys and no luck without paying more money than i would make off the property i decided to sell my half to company (b) instead. When I tried to get a recision from company (A) they would not back out of the
deal and said that they were going to fight this all the way.
Is what they are doing legal or am i allowed to withdrawl my offer? the purchase and sale agreement does not have a legal descrption of the property, nor does it have a closing date and the court order was never received? Also the purchase and sale agreement was filled out at the begining of march.
thanx, confused
