Mr. Ex (as in x-husband)is going through a divorce and his wife has moved to a new residence. Thinking he was saving money, he invited a woman he had just met and thought was a new friend, to move into his house and share expenses and pay rent. No sexual relationship exists between them. She (Ms. User), in turn, invited another woman to move in as well, so now there are two women. Mr. Ex has only a verbal agreement with Ms. User to pay rent, share expenses, and install her own separate phone line. It has been six months and Mr. Ex has received no payments for rent or expenses, and Ms. User and guest(s) use his telephone extensively (no second line was ever installed). Mr. Ex has asked Ms. User to find another residence. It has been over a month since he asked Ms. User and her friend to move out and they refuse, having become verbally and physically abusive as well (throwing objects at Mr. Ex and breaking things in fits of rage). Mr. Ex has no written agreement and Ms. User has established residency at his house (mailing address is his house). She has several truck loads of furnishings and home business equipment and could not move out "quickly". How does he get her to move out when she refuses to do so? Any suggestions?
