**A: contact your QT attorney that you used. Or contact any real estate attorney or the title company for names of lawyers that they use.

My response:

If you don't know what a Quiet Title action is, how do you know you'll need one?

Please, start your own thread by telling us your State name, and the specifics of your problem. Then, and only then, will we be able to help you and, possibly, tell you what your remedy might be.
