My Aunt asked me to move into her empty house she had up for sale last year and I was not to pay rent just keep it nice and try to sell it for her. She passed away this December of 99 and her son and daughter inherited the place. I asked if I needed to move out and was told no, not until it sold. My father also passed away in December of 99. My Cousins decided that I either pay rent on the place now or make repairs consisting of a new roof and siding. There was never any written agreement or any papers at all signed. What I need to know is my rights now. They have gone into my home without permission and have even given away things that were in my yard because they did not know who it belonged to (that is what they said) I am planning on moving out by the first of the month. Can anyone help me understand my rights?

my email address is [email protected]
