What is the name of your state? What is the name of your state? New Mexico

 I was told that if an attorney is working a probate for real property that the realtor/agent has a cap for their fee...is this so? and if it is so, does anyone know what the cap is and what statute it is? thanks!

the question is this...if a house is in probate and an attorney is handling the estate, is there a cap on the commission the realtor/agent can charge? the property is in New Mexico.
