ON MY PROPERTY I ALSO HAVE A MOBIL HOME. AFTER MANY BAD EXPERIENCES OF RENTING THIS MOBIL HOME I DECIDED I WAS NOT GOING TO RENT IT OUT AGAIN UNTILL EVERYTHING WAS FIXED BACK TO NORMAL.[ALL EX TENANTS AGREED TO DO THE WORK FOR THE DEPOSIT, THINGS ONLY GOT WORSE.]MY NEW TENANT CAME TO ME BEGGING TO LET HIM MOVE IN. I HAD A LEASE THIS TIME STATING THAT IF THE RENTAL AGREEMENT IS BROKE THE TENANTS WOULD BE MOVED OUT 3 DAYS AFTER WRITTEN NOTICE. ALSO HAD A VERBAL AGREEMENT THAT IF I WOULD LOWER THE RENT TO $250 A MONTH HE WOULD DO THE WORK THAT WAS NEEDED. THE RENTAL AGREEMENT WAS BROKE BY TENANTS BY GETTING A PET, NOT HAVING THEIR TRASH REMOVED, TOOK DOWN THE BEDROOM CEILING, AND THEN GAVE ME A VERBAL LIST OF ITEMS THAT NEED FIXED AFTER HE HAS LIVED THERE FOR MORE THAN 6 MONTHS. THE STATE OF MICHIGAN SAYS I CAN NOT HOLD HIM TO THE RENTAL AGREEMENT TO BE MOVED OUT IN THREE DAYS EVEN THOUGH HE SIGNED IT. I MUST FALLOW THE 3 MONTH POLICY BY COURT. IN THE MEAN TIME MY TENANT TELLS ME I JUST GAVE HIM A 3 MONTH FREE RIDE. HES ALSO BEGAN SAYING ABUSIVE THINGS TO MY CHILDREN. DO I HAVE TO WAIT THE 3 MONTHS OUT ? WHAT WILL HAPPEN IF I TRY TO INFORCE THE 3 DAY EVICTION AND CHANGE THE LOCKS? HELP PLEASE
