Colorado:
May 16, I was on an Interstate whereas traffic came to a complete stop. I was stopped as well but the small P/U truck hit me at about 30-40 MPH. My VW Cabrio only suffered $600. damage but his vehicle sustained more (but I do not know how much). Yes I know my vehicle did not get damaged alot but he was going very fast no matter what the other guy's insurance agency says (State Farm).

My Question: I have been in therapy (physical, massage, steroid shots, and psychologist sessions) with a little bit of success but the whiplash still seems to be hanging on especially with my inability to bend backwards. I know I have medical from my insurance for 5 years. What dollar amount settlement should I be looking for from his insurance company for pain in suffering. Colorado has that law. This is especially of concern to me if I have to live with this neck pain for the rest of my life. I am not crippled but pain is constant especially going backwards with neck/head. Sorry for the long message. Thanks ahead of time.
