I was a passenger in a car that was hit from behind in Pa. I spent a week in the hospital.I am fully recovered now. Someone who is not a lawyer said that pain and suffering awards are usually 3 times your total medical bills. Lost wages are not an issue. I'd like to settle without a lawyer's cut. Thank you

My response:

On page 5 (go to the bottom of the main page and click on 5), you'll see the rather lengthy posting under "Please??????????" by Haley3. Read the whole thing, and if you have any questions, come back here and ask.
