I was rear ended while a passenger. The ther driver was cited for following to close and reckless driving. I am fully recovered after a week in the hospital.I have read the post to Haley 3 please. If there is a formula that lawyers us for pain and suffering I would like to know of it.This case is straightforward with no lasting med problems. My med bills were 13000 here in Pa. If I ask for 3 times med bills is that unreasonable? What I don't need is to hand a lawyer 33% of what I can achieve on my own. I'm an adult and if I make a mistake by not hiring a lawyer then I'm repared to suffer the consequences.I don't want to share with a lawyer. So surprise me by not not giving me the same old lawyer jive. Thank you

You really want to know the secret formula that a lawyer uses to settle a case? I am happy to share it with you - its called experience. It is not a computer program and its not a 3x number. Its based on handling matters on a consistent basis and getting a feel for what a case is worth, and how to get the most for a client.

good luck.
