What is the name of your state? KS

Does anyone know where I could find info on how to break a rental agreement? As far as a list of reasons that would allow a tenant to break their lease without consequences? Would damages being done by another tenant making your own apartment unliveable be one? Will go into more detail if needed, I just need to know if anyone knows the web address with this info? Thanks in advance.

There is NO perfect lease that I have ever seen, meaning: pretty much every lease out there can be broken, you just need to do research and go through the lease clause by clause to determine if it indeed is lawful per your states LL/T laws and than determine if that breach is a justifiable reason to break a lease.
