Reasonable enough to go through with a lawyer and sue ?
I was at a bar on friday 18 to get in , 21 to drink. IM 18.
The place provided my friends and I with free alcholic beverages for free no iding took place what so ever. I was in the bathroom leaning on the sink when my foot slid on the slippery wet floor i slipped and put my wieght on the sink. THE SINK COLLAPSED AND SHATTERED.I had to get sitches all along my back. Is it worth consulting with a lawyer?

I walked out of the place called my mom she rushed me to the emergency room , I never told anyone at the bar i broke thier sink.
I have a picture of the broken sink and hospital records and witnesses.

Since you did not report the incident to the club, you can't prove how or when your injury occurred. Plus it sounds like the main reason you fell is because you were drinking illegally. If someone gives you a free drink, the LEGAL response is, no thanks I'm not 21. If you are very lucky, the club won't be suing YOU for damaging their sink.

Nor is it negligent to have a sink that doesn't hold up the weight of a fully grown adult. They are supposed to be used to wash things in, not stand on.

However, I am sure you can find some ambulance chaser to at least file the initial paperwork for you. Unfortunately, just because there is no legal claim doesn't mean some shyst-y lawyer won't take the case.
