rebuild credit after ch7

What is the name of your state? ma

I claimed ch7 in MA and have been expunged , nov. 2005, of my debts. Now I'm wondering what is the most effective way to rebuild my credit ? any advice ?

Pay your bills & pay them on time!
Get a secured credit card that is backed by money that you deposit & keep in a bank acct. that is linked to the credit card company.
Have someone who trusts you to co-sign for a small loan (ie personal loan) - maybe at bank where you have checking acct. & hopefully a savings acct.
