What is the name of your state? IL

I bought this car almost a year ago and was told before buying that it had a rebuilt title. The problem is I took it to a mechanic and he found out that the 2003 model car had a 2002 engine . The dealer never told me the engine was replaced. Is it worth taking him to court?

Adj. 1. rebuilt - made over usually with changes; "the rebuilt pier spoiled our view"

Forget the losses. How was the vehicle not delivered as described?
nether you or i have seen the description

rebuilt is wide open

you can buy a new car rite from the factory that has the prior years engine in it

that's why when you go to buy parts they ask you for all the numbers on the vehicle ,,, year, model, Vin# ,engine# ,manufactured date ect.

a lot of time the parts are 100% the same as the previous year (just the date stamp is different)

A rebuilt title means that the vehicle was totalled by the insurance company. Many pieces and parts will not be the original.
