What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? PA
Has anyone ever heard of a Rec 75? I'm being told it's a Federal law that allows Domestic Relations to "soft close" (for lack of better words) a child support case. Case isn't necessarily closed. I guess it means they don't have to do anything on it for enforcement. Not that they've done anything for the past 9 years anyway. But I can't find this federal statute, law or whatever it is.
