I live in the Washington State and my current employer has gone through management changes over the last month and a half. My workload has gone from hevy to none and yet other employees at the company are busy all the time. I've talked with my current boss several times to no avail.

I believe that this has happened because they are trying to get me to quit. I cannot continue to work in this current situation and would like to know that if I give my two weeks notice and they ask me to leave immediately, do they have to pay me for those two weeks?

Thank you for your time!!
