I RECENTLY GAVE MY APT COMPLEX A 60 DAY NOTICE AND FILLED OUT ALL THESE PAPERS THEY SAID THEY NEEDED.I WAS LEFT AN AFFIDAVIT TODAY TO HAVE MY FAMILY FILL OUT TO SAY THEY GIVE ME MONEY TO HELP ME OUT. IT SAYS THEY NEED IT FILLED OUT FOR MY RECERTIFICATION? WHAT IS THIS. DO I HAVE TO FILL IT OUT?I DONT KNOW WHY THEY NEED THIS IF IM MOVING OUT?
