What is the name of your state? MS.
I have posted this in other forums but thus far have been unable to get to the bottom of the situation. Reciprocal of America, from what I understand is a large insurer of medical professionals in the southeast. From what I have gathered ROA has been placed in receivership. I presently have 4 medmal claims being litigated and received a notice of ROA and receivership. My attorney does not seem concerned because the St.of MS. has some type law that protects consumers against this type of "co-op" insurance. Can anyone shed some light on ROA?
